PCTIA Service Plan 2010-2013
- The Budget Transparency and Accountability Act (BTAA) provides the legislative framework for planning, reporting and accountability for government organizations. The BTAA stipulates that three-year service plans and annual reports for Crown corporations must be made public annually. The Service Plan is a PCTIA Board of Director's document, as the Board is ultimately accountable for the Crown corporation's performance and success in achieving the results documented in the service plan.
- (August 2009) PCTIA's 2008-2009 Annual Report (48
pages) summarizes the activities of the Agency and provides an overview
of the 2008 annual enrolment report for the private training sector,
as well as audited financial statements for the Agency and the Student
Training Completion Fund.

Training Quality Initiatives in British Columbia: 2007 Survey Results

- In 2007 PCTIA conducted an institution-wide survey
which also included input from government, students, the public, and
other regulatory agencies. The topic of interest was quality measures
in the private training sector, as well as input on services provided
